Meetings: Motion made to designate regular Board of Education Meetings be held the fourth Thursday of each month at 6:00 p.m. unless otherwise stated for 2024. Meetings are held at the Estell Manor Elementary School Library at 128 Cape May Avenue, Estell Manor, NJ 08319. Action will be taken.

Estell Manor School District Board Goals:
District Goals 2023-2024
The Estell Manor School District is committed to:
- To become familiar with Students, Staff, Parents, Guardians, and Community Members and foster positive relationships with each so as to build trust, respect, loyalty, and a positive school culture and climate.
- To pilot a new K-8 Language Arts Series and purchase a program that enables our students to succeed and learn the essential skills needed to effectively navigate through Diagnostic Benchmark Assessments, State Standardized Assessments, and Local Formal and Informal Assessments.
- To build a music program that the school district and community can be proud of by garnering interest in music, having the students play various types of instruments, incorporate a choir for students that love to sing, and put on a Spring Concert for the school community.
- To work with the Administrative Team, the Board of Education, and the New Jersey School Boards Association to implement a new 5 Year Strategic Plan that the school district and all stakeholders can be proud of.
- To enhance communication with all stakeholders via social media and various other communicable outlets such as a Friday Folder, Electronic Sign, and Robo Call so as to inform everyone in the district of the important events going on as well as showcasing all the great things our students and staff are doing.
Board Goals 2022-2023:
The Board of Education is committed to:
- Successfully hiring an effective leader in the role of District Superintendent to start the 2023-2024 school year.
- Monitoring the implementation of our new preschool program, curriculum changes, data collection tools and targeted assistance efforts, reviewing available documentation to determine their success or needs for adjustment.
- Assessing and enhancing the overall security of the district to provide a safe and nurturing learning environment for our students, educators and staff.
- Developing a 5-year strategic plan, in partnership with administration, to address long-range needs in the area of Community Partnership, Facility, Finance, School Environment and Climate, and Student Achievement.
